Following working with Brydge and Lee on
several projects, Mitchell Brydge approached
this office to develop two shopping centers,
similar in design with one located on US
Highway 70 east of New Bern and the other
located on Glenburnie Road just south of New
Bern on US Highway 17 south. Following
construction, we were then requested to
"upfit" one of the spaces in Cypress Crossing
for use as their offices. As may be seen in the
rendering above, the office continues the
design motif of the windows as view panels
into the conference room and the offices.
Basic materials consist of brick, stucco, glass,
concrete, and a pre-engineered metal frame.
