AT&T - New Bern Sales Office

Developed in conjunction with Hull, Storey, Gibson, the owners of the New Bern Mall which serves as a backdrop to the structure, the new AT&T - New Bern store was designed to overcome a visibility deficit. Their competitors, the local Verizon outlet, is located within 150 feet of this facility and is closer to the highway.  Therefore, the tower was developed to give presence on the US17 corridor.  Within, the structure was left as an unfinished shell with toilet facilities so that AT&T could develop the interior of the structure to match their nation wide marketing design.
